Please, take a look at xlim and ylim.
You will have to add something like plt.xlim([0,1])
and plt.ylim([0,1])
after this line.

I added xlim and ylim at the location you suggested but it didn't change the way the graph is being plotted.
Do you have any idea how to fix it? Do I have to add x and ylim at a another location maybe?

I have just made these modifications to attend you. I defined the X and Y ranges to be [-0.1, 1.1] as in the image below.
Please, update your code with the latest version to be able to use these modifications.
If this solves your problem, please, consider closing this issue.
