Permissions overview page should mention RBAC about docs-cloud-files HOT 1 CLOSED

I added a mention of RBAC to the Permissions section and a link to the RBAC section.
This change is available in the Cloud Files Developer Guide.

While reading the documentation, I noticed that although Cloud Files supports RBAC as documented herehttp://docs.rackspace.com/files/api/v1/cf-devguide/content/RBAC.html, this is not mentioned or linked to from the overview page for Permissionshttp://docs.rackspace.com/files/api/v1/cf-devguide/content/Permissions-d1e448.html. This seems like an important oversight, because in reading just the overview page, the reader might mistakenly believe that RBAC is not supported.
