Sure! There are a lot of ways to do it. You can manually call your composables in the DestinationsNavHost call (where you probably have easy access to your Activity which you need to pass as a ViewModelStoreOwner) or if you have a single activity you could do this:

@Composable
fun mainActivity() = LocalContext.current as MainActivity

And then in your Screen Composables you would do:

@Destination
@Composable
fun MyScreen(
    viewModel: MainActivityViewModel = hiltViewModel(mainActivity()) // or if you're not using hilt then, viewModel(mainActivity())
) {

This is all from the top of my head, so please let me know if it doesn't work as you expect it to.
But the TL;DR is that it shouldn't be different from doing it with normal Jetpack Compose Navigation. If you are not manually calling the composables, you can do it as a default parameter as shown above.
