Upon further analysis, this won't be necessary. Even w/ only 1 keypress listener being active, it won't help if there are multiple components that are visible at the same time that have all used this hook. They are all hooked up to get events.
The only way to manage this situation is to have a focus system which ink does provide.
In fact, it would be best to have confirm-input leverage useInput rather than useNodeKepress for this reason.
