@mrossinek and I checked and this bug doesn't seem to exist anymore, neither with Qiskit Nature 0.2.2 (as @kifumi had in this issue) and the latest 0.3 version. This issue was created just the day the Nature 0.3.0 was released, maybe there were some incompatibilites in which this was caught up!
