Thanks for your feedback. I'm not sure if other experiments need units. Such experiments have noting to scan, i.e. readout error mitigation, QPT, QST, etc... and usually deal with some operators or states, i.e. no units. I agree we need to use existing resources.

It makes sense to manage the units in a central location. Not sure if specifically the curve analysis base class, can it be helpful to experiments not using this class? If yes then the base analysis class may be a better location. Or elsewhere, if circuit construction is also involved. The management should use as much as possible from what Terra has to offer. If something is missing in Terra and looks relevant not only to the experiments, then at some point it can be contributed to Terra.
