parser里的错误，不管是什么Exception，都会捕获，并重试一定次数。
重试的次数，一些错误都是可以配置的。

ignore: no # only work under bundle mode, if True will ignore this url and move to the next after several tries, or move to the next bundle

比如说这里，network是指网络错误，retries是重试次数，span是每次重试之间的间隔（秒），ignore是指在bundle模式下，遇到错误超过重试次数的情况，是否直接忽略掉当前url而处理下一个url。
未来我打算添加一个ErrorHandler，由用户定义来处理一些特定的错误。
