Hello, I would like to ask, ‘diffusion_mri_to_ct_conversion-main/DDPM/Dataset/dataset.py‘ the training data path, can you explain the data type? Or give a sample data. I don't really understand "data in HDF5 as an example" here。thanks

I stored the data in .h5 files. For example, there is a file named "CT.h5" stores 1000 CT images with the size of 256x256x1000, and another file named "MRI.h5" stores 1000 corresponding MRI images with the size of 256x256x1000. For training, you can read images stored in other formats, or in .h5 format as what I did.
