I don't think we want to do this any more. The way we have it set up, a single email address can be associated with multiple StudyPersons, which I think is fine. Right now the id is the study_person_id from the study_person table, which I think is fine, but we could also change it so that id is a tuple if (name, affiliation) since there is a unique constraint on that tuple in the DB.

I made (name, affiliation) a unique constraint in a previous PR, so closing this for now. However, there is still #304
