段清华先生从工作以来一直从业于金融科技领域，同时具备充分的人工智能技术研发经验，在科技公司的经历中也积累了足够的项目架构与管理经验。

段清华毕业后一直在金融科技领域工作，先后就职于文因互联、金证优智。有多年金融科技项目经验，带领团队完成过问答机器人、投研系统、监管舆情、知识图谱等项目。 擅长领域为机器学习与自然语言处理，对机器人对话系统、问答系统，金融相关的解析、抽取、搜索、生成、量化分析、知识图谱等细分方向有深入研究。

段清华在工作经历中一直对于对话机器人，基于对话的操作界面（Dialog User Interface）有持续研究，2016年开始就在对话机器人写过多篇文章并深入研究3 (700+ star)并在同年实现基于深度学习的闲聊部分4 (700+star)。

在2018年在哈尔滨召开的SMP第二届中文人机对话技术评测中，清华凭借着人机对话领域卓越的技术实力，领导句子互动参赛团队得到了行业专家评委的一致认同和推荐，荣获本次SMP任务型人机对话回复自然度第1名，在线评测第4名的好成绩。

段清华的深度学习相关开发至少可以追溯到2015年，开始使用基于C++&CUDA的代码实现自动编码器5。

段清华同时也擅长JavaScript/Node.js/React的开发，可以追溯到2015年就不依赖其他框架，自主实现过一个纯JavaScript 2D RPG网页游戏的在线Demo开发，至今依然可以在主流桌面浏览器上运行DEMO 6。
