Data model extension: new indexes about qgep HOT 4 CLOSED

Apparently it is not necessary anymore to explicitly create a separate primary key when primary keys are alreday declared - see http://www.postgresql.org/docs/9.3/interactive/sql-createtable.html

The create index statements on primary key columns in https://github.com/qgep/QGEP/blob/master/datamodel/04_qgep_db_dss.sql can be removed.

• get rid of indexes on primary key columns (these are indexed by default)
