I had the error yesterday, it was probably an error in the list of hostnames/IPs generated. I re-generated the files and rebuilt the image, I think you can now docker pull qmcgaw/cloudflare-dns-server and try again, it should be working.
I am also in the process of adding a finer grain control over block lists, that's why I'm breaking a few things 😕
