lixuy说的对，访问速度检测是smartdns的最大差异点，在这个基础上可以实现访问速度dnsmasq无法实现的功能，对科 学 上 网有帮助。
另外后续会增加配合代理科 学 上 网的功能，自动实现无法直接连接的网站走代理。
再者对域名匹配做了专门优化，域名匹配速度是dnsmasq的百倍，广告屏蔽性能更好。

smartdns设计上并不是替换dnsmasq，而是专门优化网络访问

与dnsmasq的all-servers不同，smartdns返回的是访问速度最快的解析结果
可以参考DNS Chooser的效果
