Well spotted. I'd add and else for L88, where max_results is set to None if pagination is disabled. Would you do that for me? Also please update the tests accordingly.

Shuldn't be the other way? By default max_results not set and if pagination is enabled, set to args['max_results'] or config.PAGINATION_DEFAULT?
And another question. Is there any reason why parse_request accepts resource = None? Is it because of tests? If so, why not to test with specific resource (contacts?)?

That works too, as long as we leave pagination enabled by default.
And another question. Is there any reason why parse_request accepts resource = None? Is it because of tests? If so, why not to test with specific resource (contacts?)?
Yes and that's not a good reason, I know - should fix that.
