uninitialized constant Pubnub::Configuration::PUBNUB_VERSION about ruby HOT 8 CLOSED

Hi @rmontgomery429 Do you mind providing more information on your app (ruby / rails versions, web/app server versions, etc) and if possible steps to repro, a sample app/script that reproduces this issue? thanks
