Can you please use latest version and tell us whether you still experience this issue or not?

@narekgevorgyan There was such issue before in 3.5.3 which didn't exist too long and we fixed it in 3.5.4.
Can you contact with us on [email protected] and provide logs (they are stored in Document folder of your application)?
