@bzbarsky-apple @lboue Just to update the Matter device that we have tried is a Room Air Conditioner (RAC) device type.

Below are the certification details of the Matter Device, that we are trying to use with Apple Home:
Certificate ID- CSA23K58MAT42559-24

@bzbarsky-apple: We trying to collect all required logs and after that will raise feedback and support tickets and will let you know in this forum.
Meanwhile can you please let us know if this device type is supported by Apple Home?

Can you please update us on any timeline for Matter enabled RAC and Refrigerator.

Even with iOS & iPadOS 17.5 Beta it doesn't work. v1.2.0.0 Release was published in Oct 23, 2023. So 165 days have passed and nothing has happened.

@sudhanshgupta I just checked, and we definitely need that feedback ticket with the relevant sysdiagnose from the HomePod to diagnose this. If you can do that, it would be much appreciated.
