Crosshair highlights
HUD crosshair highligting when hitting enemy and does this in red for hull damage and blue for shield-dmg

Planning to do system to travel mid sectors, aka GM will have script SystemMap_irl which will store info about sectors (for now that will be just seed to generate them) and will operate travelling mid sectors
