@NiklasBr have you tried to remove the stale label and add a pinned label?
Note: It depends on the configuration you set in stale.yml

From my perspective it's an issue with this bot that keeps failing to detect activity. Which is why I ask the bot maintainers to fix it.

@NiklasBr I have not yet encountered this when you properly remove the staleLabel and add a label from exemptLabels which are defined in the config file. Can you share the config file?

I don't have permission to add or remove these labels, only the bot can do that
