Lack of error message/timeout from our side is definitely a bug here, but I've also noticed one issue with your connection setup: in your .env file you have DIRECT_URL setup but you are not using it in your schema.
Can you try adjusting your datasource to the following and repeating the process:

datasource db {
  provider = "postgresql"
  url      = env("DATABASE_URL")
  directUrl = env("DIRECT_URL")
}

from prisma.

I am having the same issue, also using supabase, same client/db logs. @prisma/client: 5.13.0 . No change with directUrl
