License is vague. about charactercontroller2d HOT 2 CLOSED

All of our code on GitHub has the same circumstance that does not fit into
any single license, hence the extra text in the README to clarify and make
official.

When dealing with the code outside of a game, it cannot be distributed,
given away or sold. When dealing with the code compiled into your game you
can do as you wish and sell the game on any platform.

Making it seem like it's allowed in a game release, just not as an asset
package. If that's the case can this please be clarified and added to the
readme?
