Conflicts with Advanced Custom Fields Plugin about hueman HOT 3 CLOSED

Anyone knows how to fix this?

It don't looks like a real Theme-error - there are few other with this problem:

The last one is real interesting, cause he is using the Hueman-Theme. There is a solution in the Thread, haven't checked it - but you can try it out.

This should be fixed in the next version coming out soon. I've changed the way that code builds the post ID for the shortcode and threw in a check for the existence of the function.
