The only thing that looks off to me is your 'shiftwidth' not matching the indent size of your .js file.

Thanks. That did it. You're my new hero. (Don't know for how long though.) :)
I added set softtabstop=4 shiftwidth=4 expandtab to my _vimrc. Check the screenshot. Almost like it used to be.

Apologies for the late response. My notebook's hard disk crashed. Trying to get as much back as possible. My VIM settings also went belly up. And I just couldn't remember all the settings. Still haven't got them all though. Can't find the USB stick with backup of settings, etc. But even worse, with a backup of KeePass on it.
I believe in making multiple backups now.
