We strip these fields when we are registering a copy (AWS won't accept them in a payload) https://github.com/PrefectHQ/prefect-aws/blob/main/prefect_aws/ecs.py#L1072-L1079

However, these fields should not be relevant for the comparison since they'd be present on both the read task definition and unaltered on the prepared one. Do you have an example where these fields are causing registration? This doesn't happen during tests (and I am pretty sure moto is simulating these fields).
