It looks like you have some outdated packages. Try using pip install --upgrade
on the packages that it says are incompatible. Also, if all else fails, try upgrading pip itself and then upgrade the packages again. Also, make sure that you are executing this from within your virtual environment (i.e. it should say venv
before whatever you type in).

Hm, probably? Try it, I didn't see anything about gunicorn in your screenshot. Let me know if it gets better or worse. Oh, and one more thing, after you upgrade, you might want to pip install --upgrade marvin
again as well just to work out those dependencies.
