UTF-16 Encoding causes garbage files on Windows about dsc HOT 6 CLOSED

Yeah.. the mof files need to be ascii.

I'll see what I can do tonight or add a script to allow you to fix that
locally

Whatever works. I want to make sure I'm doing it right without creating work for you. How are you guys editing them? I can't even load the New-MofFile.ps1 because PowerShell chokes.
