Hmmm I am getting a different error on my Parallels windows VM, the command just hangs....
I suggest trying to give feedback via the feedback hub as I think this is a module that ships with Windows, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/send-feedback-to-microsoft-with-the-feedback-hub-app-f59187f8-8739-22d6-ba93-f66612949332

The same behaviour, but it unhangs after about 3 minutes for me.
