Do we still want a form for this? Request demo is a form, only enterprise sales is a request for email

Yep - I think some sales emails will be "hey I want X but you offer Y", and not all of them will be a demo.
For an enterprise especially, we don't look well established with a plain email address, and they're the most likely to use this I suspect)
