Thank you very much, got it to work.
For anyone else having the same issues here is a code example that worked for me:
import { AppModule } from '../src/app.module';
import { BootstrapConsole } from 'nestjs-console';
import { WINSTON_MODULE_NEST_PROVIDER } from 'nest-winston';
import { CrawlingSiteService } from '../src/database/service/crawling-site.service';
const bootstrap = new BootstrapConsole({
module: AppModule,
useDecorators: true,
contextOptions: {
logger: [
'debug',
'error',
'log',
'verbose',
'warn'
]
}
});
bootstrap.init().then(async (app) => {
try {
// init your app
app.useLogger(app.get(WINSTON_MODULE_NEST_PROVIDER));
await app.init();
// boot the cli
await bootstrap.boot();
process.exit(0);
} catch (e) {
process.exit(1);
}
});```
from nestjs-console.
Sorry, I just saw that I can do it with the contextOptions.
Thanks again for the great work you made ;)

Can u shed some light on this issue? I'm still having a problem with logging. I can only log errors, all other functions to not log anything.
Here is an example of my application.
import { AppModule } from '../src/app.module';
import { BootstrapConsole } from 'nestjs-console';
import { LoggerService } from '@nestjs/common';
const bootstrap = new BootstrapConsole({
module: AppModule,
useDecorators: true
});
bootstrap.init().then(async (app) => {
try {
// init your app
await app.init();
const logger: LoggerService = app.get('Logger');
logger.log('Is this working?')
logger.error('Is this working?') // Only this is logged
logger.verbose('Is this working?')
logger.debug('Is this working?')
logger.warn('Is this working?')
// boot the cli
await bootstrap.boot();
process.exit(0);
} catch (e) {
process.exit(1);
}
});
from nestjs-console.
You can set the logger level passing contextOptions to the bootstap constructor
from nestjs-console.
