After more investigation I've found that this rule caused an error:

--raml-request-parameters-editor-subheader: {
  @apply(--arc-font-subhead);
  @apply(--arc-request-parameters-editor-subheader)
};

Notice missing semicolon after @apply(--arc-request-parameters-editor-subheader) declaration. There is an error in Parser.prototype.parseDeclarationOrRuleset of the shady-css-parser module. When the semicolon is missing then the loop exits after setting current token to null (probably because of tokenizer.advance();).

I'll reference this issue in the shady-css-parser repo.

Then this is the same as #1. It has been closed today, but I can still repro it unfortunately.

2.0.2 seems to run this input successfully, which leads me to believe it is indeed a duplicate of #1. Please let me know if you're still hitting this issue. Thanks!
