Hmm, I have the exact same mouse. Saying that, I was given some experimental packages to test. I've prodded @terrycain to release some new packages with the new Mamba TE support. 😄

Yeah sorry. Needs a little work, should have package updates out by end of the week

Can confirm the latest packages (1.0.10-0ubuntu1) have support for the Mamba TE.

This is an error/bug related to the daemon - which this program interfaces with. It looks a bit similar to this issue, but sadly there wasn't a solution. It seems it's properly installed, since Kubuntu and Ubuntu are Debian-based.

Which devices do you have? What do you see in the logs at ~/.razer-service/logs/razer.log?

Does anything improve if you forcefully kill the service razerdaemon (using KDE's task manager) and starting it fresh from the terminal? Restarting the computer may help too.

razer-service -v -F

If there's loads of details complaining about a screensaver, try turning that feature off in ~/.razer-service/razer.conf by setting devices_off_on_screensaver to False, then restarting the daemon.

I killed the service and restarted with razer-service -v -F and it worked. However, it isn't recognizing my Mamba. I then killed it again and started the service regularly and it also worked (not recognizing Mamba). Perhaps having it running when I updated originally caused an issue? I checked the log and noticed the screensaver warnings but nothing else.

I am using a Blackwidow Chroma and a Mamba Chroma. The Blackwidow is recognized. Anything else I can do to debug?

Mamba should be supported by the daemon - although support for other models was added very recently. Which model? (Wireless, Wired, Tournament?)

Mamba TE Wired. I guess I should explore the issues over there. Polychromatic looks great! I'm using it on the keyboard now.
