Minecraft uses OpenGL, you can't use this alone for Minecraft. This is also already used for Zink(how else would it run?)

ANGLE translates OpenGL directly to Metal so it would be useless there. It's also already the fastest renderer.

HolyGL4ES relies on deprecated OpenGLES functions. Those aren't as optimized as Metal, leading to subpar performance.

Metal -> Zink -> Vulkan
Metal -> ANGLE -> Vulkan
OpenGLES -> HolyGL4ES -> OpenGL

What pojav actually does

Metal -> MoltenVK -> Vulkan -> Zink -> OpenGL
Metal -> ANGLE -> OpenGL
OpenGLES(slow) -> HolyGL4ES -> OpenGL

What you think Minecraft does

Vulkan -> Minecraft (fast)
OpenGL -> Minecraft (slow)

What Minecraft actually does

Vulkan -> Minecraft (wont even start)
OpenGL -> Minecraft (will actually start)

What you think you want

Metal -> MoltenVK -> Vulkan

What you actually want

Metal -> ANGLE -> OpenGL
