Gitignore about ember-cli-cordova HOT 4 CLOSED

I'd love if it did. Was just talking with a coworker the other day about this as the repos tend to get larger than they have to.

Specifically we can always ignore the www for each platform as that's the same as the dist folder. If you want to add that to the initializer that'd be awesome. If you find some other files that are fine to ignore that'd be good too, I haven't spent much time digging into what exactly we can/can't
