Add "lang" parameter to filter results by language(s) about docs-api HOT 6 OPEN

I’ll be adding the language filters and category filters to the relevant API calls at the same time. Just less work that way. Starting that work tonight.

Unfortunately I never completed this work. I can put it back on the to-do list to pick up on after the current work I'm doing is complete.

There are bound to be podcasts in multiple languages (e.g. in countries with multiple official languages), as well as users that are interested in listening to podcasts in different languages (e.g. I listen to podcasts in Dutch, English and German). Both cases should I think be accounted for.

@daveajones Is the above implementation completed in the API? I don't see it at the docs and although I tried it, it doesn't seem to work, or I am doing something wrong. I just added at the query string of /search/byterm the language as lang=en and the category as categ=News, but the result is like they are ignored.
