@ayrat555 I spent some time tracking down the issue, it turns out it's 100% a problem with exw3 attempting to naively parse tuple types and passes types: [tuple: [array: :tuple]] directly into ABI.decode. That naive code doesn't understand the logic required for tuple types (components etc) I'm going to submit a PR that demonstrates that issue over there. Hopefully this will help others understand the issue.

@ilyadruzh can you please post example related to ex_abi. I don't maintain exw3 so I'm not sure if the error is really in ex_abi

Also seeing the same issue. I also cannot immediately tell if this is incorrect usage from exw3 or a bug in ex_abi regardless it's frustrating. I'll see if I can dig a little and come up with a valid failing test to further this conversation in the appropriate place. @ayrat555
