Reporting a tier based on the rank of the gpu doesn't seem like the best idea about detect-gpu HOT 4 CLOSED

Thanks for your comment. I think your described approach would work, I just haven't found the need for that kind of detail yet. Feel free to open a PR with your proposed changes and we can discuss it then. I would like to avoid increasing the GZIP size of the bundle if possible.

@SBRK in #29 we are looking into using the benchmark FPS (with screen resolution taken into account). If you would like you can join the conversation, perhaps there are things we haven't taken into account yet.
