Regarding the missing cuda headers, check CMakeCache for what CUDA_INCLUDE_DIR has been found. It should be guaranteed by CMakeLists to contain cuda/include/cuda.h. However, your system is configured in a somewhat non-standard way (as is common for HPC clusters...), and so the change to just cuda.h may be necessary here.

Regarding the missing GL functions, cmake has for some reason picked up a very old version of the GL headers from CUPTI/include/GL. You need to use up-to-date GL headers, e.g. download the Khronos ones as described in DIRT's README, or use a recent version elsewhere on your system. Locating these headers is done by cmake's FindOpenGL, checking the source for that will give some indication of what paths are searched.

Thanks! Which README you have in mind? I could not find much about "headers" in README.md. The hint is not elaborate enough for me I am afraid..

First bullet point of https://github.com/pmh47/dirt#troubleshooting -- but I made a mistake saying Khronos -- the README links to mesa ones, which are also fine.
