@tcatapano can you make sure that articles published after 31.12.1999 are closed access?
Dear Donat
Let us be consistent! Wie have decided to make things open when published 1999 or earlier. Please stick to this decision. It makes live complicated if we suddenly make exceptions.

Dear Willi
We started now to upload the drosophilid 16,000+ PDFs. They include publications from the begin to 2017. Officially we only provide access to articles up to 1999.
What happens if we make all of them accessible and then close them once somebody complains? Or should we make an effort in the upload to close all of them published in 2000 or afterwards?
The drosophilid corpus is important for us, and we definitively will have to publicise it. But this means that more people will look at is, and the copyright issue definitely might come up. The policy to keep everything open to 1999 is unique but might be accepted. But the younger ones?
Cheers
Donat

see issue #3 The specs were to use "open" for the access field for all depositions. I will change this for subsequent depositions, using "closed" for all articles published after 1999.

The following existing depositions should have their access changed to closed:
@myrmoteras: could you manually edit the metadata for these records to close access? I'm not able to login as plazi-admin.
