That will be the new default from 1.7.3 and forward, so to use it all you'd have to do is to remove it in 1.7.3 and it will use default. I like McSpider's one though.

The Mojang splash is now non-changeable (https://twitter.com/Dinnerbone/status/405382035512229888).
So you have to use the new one and you can remove the old one.

Thanks @palechip for telling me!. I'll remove the custom splash when I update my pack for the next version of Minecraft.

I'm going to keep my current splash. If people install some mods (such as MCPatcher) they will see my custom splash, otherwise the default one will show.
