Ok you all guys have i386 packages, that are complaining for new libXfixes right ? see #46 also. Give me time I'll enable i386 packages for libXfixes, I think I can't because support for i386 package are dropped you know. but still I'll be trying for it.

what I did, I live booted a 21.10 iso, just test by installing all pipewire and wireplumber related packages, I've no problem with installing, and there are no pakcages want to remove....
can you please give the whole output of sudo apt-get install libxfixes3=1:6.0.0-3~ubuntu21.10

Yeah, it was because of steam which is i386. I removed steam and its deps and everything installed fine now. So solved for me as I actually didn't use steam.
As commands:
sudo apt remove steam
sudo apt autoremove
sudo apt upgrade
