每次reload的时候worker收到信号后都会主动回调onWorkerStop然后自杀。
启动的时候会触发回调onWorkerStart，你要做什么可以在自己的appServer中做。就像默认的Server会尝试清空apc缓存:

需要注意的是这里是每一个worker重启时都会执行一次。

嗯 建议在自己的AppServer里面实现这个逻辑，不应该在inotify这里实现。
