It's what the API returns. You can Google the formula to convert to Celsius
and edit your local copy.

I have no idea how Fahrenheit works. The localweather.py however, display
temperatures in the unit almost only used in US.

pi@raspberrypi:~/Pimoroni/scrollphat/examples $ python3 localweather.py
Location: Vienna, AT
Sat: Showers - L: 35F - H: 57F Sun: Rain - L: 41F - H: 51F

Some wait to get Centigrade by default or change with local settings?

@alexellis does the API support metric. The OpenWeatherMap does by doing this

    payload = {
        ...
        'units': 'metric',
        ...
    }

Otherwise a conversion will be a nice idea.

By all means check the API and let me know. Otherwise I'm happy to help with the unit conversion and passing in an argument/flag. I just don't know when I'll have time.
