也不知道你是不维护了还是咋地；
这里给出一个解决方案：
根据分析，Pigcha是每次启动时都会重置注册表：将忽略的域名设置为localhost
这样就产生了一个解决希望部分网站直连的方案：就是每次在软件启动后手动执行命令将注册表中的值改一下，将自己希望直连的网站加进去就行了

# 需要忽略的地址
set ignoreIp=localhost;XXX;YYY

# 在执行更行命令
reg add "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings"  /t REG_SZ /v ProxyOverride /d %ignoreIp% /f
