But when I check my config.php_cs file, I don't have any rule called blank_lines_before_namespace.

What rules do you have then?

Is there a chance that you are using some rule set that contains blank_lines_before_namespace? One listed here: https://cs.symfony.com/doc/rules/namespace_notation/blank_lines_before_namespace.html#rule-sets

./php-cs-fixer describe blank_lines_before_namespace

blank_lines_before_namespace is part of PSR12 ruleset you are using.


./php-cs-fixer describe no_blank_lines_before_namespace

no_blank_lines_before_namespace is deprecated and you should stop using it
