For reference, running only the commands
cd photo-manager
docker-compose up
from photonix.

Do you have the docker-compose terminal still open an if so are there any error messages displaying? If you're not sure the container is running you can use docker ps to view all your running containers. The result should show 3 running that started from the docker-compose.yml file - Postgres, Redis and the Photo Manager itself.

How can I restart it without reinstalling?
