Hi, Do i need to follow any guidelines in coding the HTML and CSS for your generator to work..IE any certain names for classes and IDs

Generate the HTML/CSS as you would normally. The classes & IDs will be preserved. Let me know if you're using any JS for interface candy.

The only JS i forsee using is for fallbacks in the header (Modernizr or something) and the twitter feed. I will leave that out of the theme when I turn it over to you. We can add it back via plugins maybe.
