Dismount failed errors while installing 3.51 about freebee HOT 2 CLOSED

Write protect is partly implemented in wd2797.c. It'll work for write operations but not for format. Functionality remains to be seen...

Todo - add debugout to say when a write occurred with ctx->writeable FALSE.
Also check if it does this with writable discims, or where discim isn't a symlink.

This isn't a bug.

The error shown by the 3B1 is: Dismount failed for floppy diskette (-1/5)

This occurs if the disc image is write-protected. No impact on the install process.

Reopen if this turns out not to happen on a real 3B1, as that would indicate something we're not emulating properly.
