Instead of ignoring such URLs, we're handling them gracefully now since commit 035d151. Though about:blank still doesn't work.

In case of about:blank, the browser state never changes so our event handler is never registered. That means the bartap flag is never taken off either. Solution: now always remove the flag before dispatching the event.
