It seems to be caused by the extension failing to connect to the persepolis. Maybe the file name doesn't match or whatever.
So I just annotated the corresponding part of the code like this...
<SendInitMessage()>
Now it won't turn off on startup, and the browser launches much faster than before XD...

I'm using win10 x64, and actually a Chromium-core(v78) browser.

We got a known bug in windows that is the cause of this exception ...
