Missin HTML page
We need our basic HTML page structure in place and an index
We'll probably be using for some of the things, right?
Missing CSS file
We'll need a main css file
Make sure the CSS partials are in place

What if there was a toggle - that toggled between all of the custom user styles - and a really consistent fancy style that is the same?
What if they could be reordered based on name / or favorite types of things?
Loop through student data and print out their basic names to check it's working
